Handmade straight unit.

This unit is 180% density (3 bundles +closure/frontal).

All wigs come with bleached knots, a plucked hairline and styling of your choice. The custom wigs are fitted with an edjustable elastic band and wig comb for a secure fit.

Wig in image is a 18" unit with a 5x5 transparent closure.

Please allow up to 14 working days
to process and complete your wig.

Wig measurements

Providing your wig measurements is optional. However, providing measurements will enable a more custom and glueless fit.

If you would like to provide your measurements, please ensure you insert these in the 'Custom Measurements' field above. Please ensure your measurements are clear as unclear measurements will result in delays to the processing time of your wig. The value for each measurement should be written clearly e.g. Circumference: 22".

Processing & Delivery

For custom wigs, the processing time is up to 14 working days.

Processing time for bundles, closures & frontals, and ready made wigs is up to 5-7 working days*.

*In some circumstances, processing time may be extended for up to an extra 5 working days due to hair specifications.

Delivery time for all orders is within 2 working days.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed your Royal Mail tracking number.

Delivery cost is £5.

Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no exchange and refund policy.

We are unable to cancel or amend any orders that have already started being processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any issues at olanicollection@outlook.com.

  • OLANI COLLECTION products are made from 100% virgin human hair which is sourced and imported from Asia. Your hair is carefully picked to ensure supply of hair consisting of top quality hair fibres that can last multiple years.

    The hair can be flat ironed and curled, coloured, cut, permed.

First purchase success!

As someone who had never worn a wig before this purchase, I was quite apprehensive about starting my wig journey. Olani Collection made the process really easy for me and helped me to tailor make a wig that would work best for me. The hair is of a high standard and is very easy to work with. There’s little to no shedding so I know that it will last a long time. I will continue to recommend this company to everyone.
