We pride ourselves in providing high quality 100% virgin human hair which is sourced and imported from Asia. Your hair is carefully picked to ensure supply of hair consisting of top quality hair fibres that can last multiple years.

Our custom wigs are handmade. You can provide your own measurements or select a wig cap size (small, medium or large).

All wigs come fitted with an adjustable elastic band and wig comb. The custom wig service includes full customisation of lace (closure/frontal) and styling of your choice.

The custom made bob units are 150% density (2 bundles +closure/frontal) and the other units are 180% density (3 bundles +closure/frontal). If you would like a handmade wig of a higher density, please click here to build your own wig.

For custom wigs, the processing time is up to 14 working days.

Processing time for bundles, closures & frontals, and ready made wigs is up to 5-7 working days*.

*In some circumstances, processing time may be extended for up to an extra 5 working days due to hair specifications.

Delivery time for all orders is within 2 working days.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Once your order is dispatched, you will be emailed your Royal Mail tracking number.

Delivery cost is £5.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no exchange and refund policy.

We are unable to cancel or amend any orders that have already started being processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any issues at olanicollection@outlook.com.
